All orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service. If you wish to upgrade your order to a faster service, please contact us and we can discuss your options which can include UPS 3 Day Service, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air shipments. 

• You may receive more than one shipment on the same order if you order different items as we use many different suppliers & warehouse locations.
• Orders will generally ship within 24-72 hours. However, we strive to get all orders shipped out by the next business day after you order.

Freight Cost:

We do not profit on freight costs, meaning we do not add any additional charges to the freight bill.

When you place your order our freight calculator charges you a freight cost based on your total dollar purchase order amount. You will never be charged more than this amount, but you may have a lower freight cost when you order ships! 

What does this mean? See below:

When you place your order, your card is authorized for your total items purchased, taxes and a freight charge. Authorizing a card does not mean your card has been charged. It is only a hold on funds until your order ships. Your card will not be charged until your order ships out.

When your order is complete and is ready to ship, we calculate on our end the exact freight charge. At that point, you will receive a tracking number and confirmation that your order has shipped. With this action, your card will be charged for only the amount authorized or possibly less. IF the exact freight charge was for less than the amount authorized you will be charged less. However, IF the exact freight charge is more than the amount authorized, you will not be charged the overage. We (Seyfel USA) will assume the additional cost and you will only be charged for the amount authorized, nothing more.

 For example:

Let’s assume you ordered $1000 worth of goods and your shipping charge was $200. Your card is authorized (not charged) for $1200 plus tax.

• Now that your order is complete and ready to ship, if the exact shipping cost turns out to be $150, then your card is charged for $1150 (plus tax) which would be $50 less than the authorized amount. 
• However, in the example above, if we calculated the actual freight cost to be $275 you will only be charged the $1200 (plus tax) that was originally authorized, nothing more. Ultimately, you may pay less than the authorized freight amount, but you will never pay more than the authorized amount!

PLEASE NOTE:
Freight costs are higher when sending items to a home address as UPS always adds a residential surcharge to any home address. If you provide a home address, we may contact you to help facilitate a more efficient address of delivery.
